Terms & Conditions

1. A booking takes effect after the booking confirmation and a down payment of 25% of the total amount. This is non-refundable.

2. The remainder of the total amount payable is due at least 1 month before the date of departure.

3. If a reservation is made 1 month or less before the date of departure, payment is required immediately and in full.

4. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Any cancellation made at least 1 month before the scheduled arrival date carries a cancellation fee of 25% of the total amount. Any cancellation made less than 31 days but atleast 15 days before the scheduled arrival date carries a cancellationfee of 50% of the total amount. Any cancellation made less than 15 days but at least 5 days before the scheduled arrival date carries a cancellation fee of 75% of the total amount. Any cancellation made less than 5 days but at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date carries a cancellation fee of 90% of the total amount stated on the booking confirmation/invoice. Any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled arrival date carries a cancellation fee of 100% of the total amount.

5. The apartment will be left behind in good condition. Any defect will be reported before departure.

6. Costs of final cleaning are 25 euro (Golden 2-4) or 35 euro (Golden 6-8), to be paid in advance.
