The downstairs (ground floor) apartment (1100 square feet) features patio doors into the garden, a large open kitchen / livingroom area,three bedrooms (two of which feature patio doors into the courtyard), a bathroom with bath and shower and washing machine.

The bedrooms offer one double bed and four single beds which can be moved together to form two double beds. The living room features two sofas which can each be easily converted to provide comfortable beds.
